D9 Permit Services Inc provides professional firearms licensing consultation and administrative assistance services for applicants in New York and other jurisdictions.  By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Refunds / No Cancellations

 

All fees paid to D9 Permit Services Inc are non-refundable and non-cancelable.  Our services involve the immediate allocation of professional time, expertise, consultation, document preparation, and administrative support.  Once services are purchased, work begins promptly, and all sales are final, regardless of the outcome of your application.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• License or permit denial

• Application delays

• Client ineligibility

• Client decision to discontinue the process

• Failure to provide required documentation

• Changes in personal, legal, or eligibility status

No Guarantee of Approval

 

D9 Permit Services Inc assists clients in preparing firearms license and permit applications in accordance with the known requirements of the applicable licensing authority, including but not limited to New York licensing agencies.

We do not guarantee approval of any firearms license or permit. Approval decisions are made solely by the licensing authority and are outside of our control.  We do guarantee that all services provided will be performed professionally and in accordance with the application procedures, requirements, and standards expected by the licensing agency based on our professional experience.

D9 Permit Services Inc provides consulting and administrative assistance only.  We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services.  Nothing provided by D9 Permit Services Inc should be interpreted as legal advice. Clients requiring legal advice must consult a licensed attorney.

Client Responsibility

 

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information

• Disclosing relevant history as required by licensing authorities

• Providing requested documentation in a timely manner

• Complying with all federal, state, and local laws

Failure to do so may negatively impact the application outcome and does not entitle the client to a refund.

• I understand that all fees paid to D9 Permit Services Inc are non-refundable and non-cancelable

• I understand that D9 Permit Services Inc does not guarantee approval of any firearms license or permit

• I understand that D9 Permit Services Inc does not provide legal advice

• I understand that licensing decisions are made solely by the licensing authority

• I agree to these terms and authorize D9 Permit Services Inc to begin services on my behalf
